Dr. Francisco Wilfred Kessler, has degrees in architecture, construction management, a master's degree in sustainability and a doctorate in urban planning. With more than 40 years of experience, he is licensed to practice architecture in the United States and begun his architectural practice in 1986 specializing in aviation, university, and government projects. 

He is a member emeritus of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), an AIA award winner in sustainable/energy conserving design, as well as a professional Leed AP in energy conserving design.

 He has also recently served as an adjunct professor of Urban Planning at the University of Texas in Arlington, Texas United States.
